We’ll be using Zoom to livestream all of the trainings in this challenge to Facebook… but when you join the Keto Results Challenge VIP Program, you’ll get:

This will allow you to ask me and my guest trainers questions directly during breakout exercises and after the training. But we are only offering a limited number of spots in this program to keep the experience quality high.

The core of the Challenge is your Challenge Workbook. These exercises result in the end blueprint that will carry you forward after the Challenge on your Fat Loss journey. After each live training, you'll work in small Zoom breakout rooms with one of the Trainers to ensure you make the most of the Challenge.

You will get direct access to ask me and all of our amazing trainers your questions in real time through Zoom. After each live training, we’ll dedicate an additional 30 minutes to answering questions from our VIP members.

The KRC 2.0 training days include two breakout exercises where you put into practice what you've learned. Non-VIP members will do these in the facebook group and with their Challenge Buddies. As a VIP, you will do these in ZOOM, and have one of the speakers available to help you along.

For non-VIP members, all of our trainings will be permanently deleted from the Facebook Group when our challenge ends (24th January at midnight). VIP members gain access to all of the trainings, including our VIP Roundtable Q+A sessions, for life.
